2. İşlediğimiz veriler
- Hesap: Google ile girişte ad soyad, e-posta, profil fotoğrafı ve Google kullanıcı kimliği; plan, abonelik durumu ve yapay zekâ kullanım hakları.
- Kimlik kartı: ad soyad, ünvan, ofis, telefon, yüklediğiniz fotoğraf ve profil adresi; Dubleks'te ayrıca İlan Linki. Hesap açmadan kullandığınızda bu bilgiler yalnızca tarayıcınızda saklanır.
- İlan ve broşür verileri: ilan başlığı, fiyat, konum, özellikler, ilan fotoğraflarının kopyaları, yüklediğiniz ya da yapay zekâ ile iyileştirdiğiniz fotoğraflar ve broşürde yaptığınız düzenlemeler.
- Yayınlanan ilan sayfaları: görüntülenme sayıları ve sayfadaki formdan gelen talepler (ad, telefon, mesaj).
- Ödeme: abonelik ödemeleri ödeme hizmeti sağlayıcısı üzerinden alınır; kart bilgileri bize ulaşmaz. Bize plan, ödeme tarihi ve fatura bilgisi gelir.
- Teknik veriler: IP adresi, tarayıcı/cihaz bilgisi, hata ve erişim kayıtları, çerezler.
3. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebep
Verileri; hizmeti sunmak ve sözleşmeyi ifa etmek, hesabınızı yönetmek, ödeme ve faturalandırmayı yürütmek, destek sağlamak, güvenliği ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek, hizmeti geliştirmek ve (onayınız varsa) ölçüm/reklam yapmak için işleriz. Hukuki sebepler: sözleşmenin ifası, hukuki yükümlülük, meşru menfaat ve gerektiğinde açık rıza.
4. Google hesabı verileri
Sarı Broşür eklentisi ve emlaktoolbox paneli, Google ile giriş için yalnızca temel izinleri ister: openid, e-posta adresi ve temel profil bilgileri (ad soyad, profil fotoğrafı). Bu bilgileri yalnızca hesabınızı oluşturmak, oturumunuzu açmak ve sizi hesabınızla eşleştirmek için kullanırız. Gmail, Google Drive, Takvim veya Kişiler gibi başka hiçbir Google verisine erişmeyiz.
Google kullanıcı verilerini satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız ve hizmeti sunmak için gereken altyapı (Google Firebase kimlik doğrulama) dışında kimseyle paylaşmayız. Google API'lerinden alınan bilgilerin kullanımı ve başka uygulamalara aktarımı, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.
Eklenti, ilan bilgisini yalnızca siz açtığınız ilan sayfasında ve sizin isteğinizle okur; tarama geçmişinizi toplamaz. Hesabınızın ve bu verilerin silinmesini [email protected] adresinden isteyebilirsiniz.
5. Aktarım
Verileri hizmet aldığımız tedarikçilerle, yalnızca hizmetin gerektirdiği ölçüde paylaşırız: Google/Firebase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı ve depolama), fal.ai (yapay zekâ ile fotoğraf iyileştirme), ödeme sağlayıcı ve e-posta gönderim altyapısı. Bu tedarikçiler yurt dışında sunucu barındırabilir; aktarım mevzuatın izin verdiği güvencelerle yapılır.
6. Saklama süresi
Verileri hizmeti kullandığınız sürece ve mevzuatın gerektirdiği sürelerce saklarız. Hesabınızı silmeniz hâlinde, yasal saklama yükümlülükleri dışındaki veriler makul sürede silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
7. Çerezler ve analitik
Zorunlu çerezler hizmetin çalışması için kullanılır. Ölçüm ve reklam çerezleri (ör. GA4, Meta Pixel) yalnızca onayınızla çalışır; tarayıcı ayarlarınızdan veya onay aracından yönetebilirsiniz.
8. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme ve itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvuru: [email protected].
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri sitede veya e-posta ile duyururuz.

This policy applies to the Sarı Broşür browser extension, the emlaktoolbox dashboard (app.emlaktoolbox.com) and listing pages (sites.emlaktoolbox.com) provided by ("emlaktoolbox", "we"). We process your personal data in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and other applicable legislation.

2. Data we process
- Account: when you sign in with Google, your name, email, profile photo and Google user ID; your plan, subscription status and AI usage allowance.
- ID card: name, title, office, phone, the photo you upload and your profile address; on Dubleks also your Listing Link. If you use the extension without an account, this information is stored only in your browser.
- Listing and brochure data: listing title, price, location, features, copies of listing photos, photos you upload or enhance with AI, and the edits you make to the brochure.
- Published listing pages: view counts and requests submitted through the page form (name, phone, message).
- Payments: subscription payments are taken by a payment service provider; we never receive your card details. We receive your plan, payment date and invoice details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, error and access logs, cookies.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to provide the service and perform our contract with you, manage your account, handle payments and invoicing, provide support, ensure security and prevent abuse, improve the service and, with your consent, for measurement and advertising. Legal grounds: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.
4. Google account data
The Sarı Broşür extension and the emlaktoolbox dashboard request only basic scopes for Google sign-in: openid, email address and basic profile (name, profile photo). We use this data only to create your account, sign you in and link you to your account. We do not access any other Google data such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar or Contacts.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the infrastructure required to provide the service (Google Firebase Authentication). Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The extension reads listing details only on the listing page you open and only when you ask it to; it does not collect your browsing history. You can request deletion of your account and this data at [email protected].
5. Transfers
We share data with our service providers only as far as the service requires: Google/Firebase (authentication, database and storage), fal.ai (AI photo enhancement), the payment provider and our email delivery provider. These providers may host servers outside Turkey; transfers are made with the safeguards permitted by law.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as you use the service and for the periods required by law. If you delete your account, data not subject to legal retention obligations is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are used to run the service. Measurement and advertising cookies (e.g. GA4, Meta Pixel) run only with your consent; you can manage them in your browser settings or the consent tool.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, learn the third parties it is transferred to, and object. Requests: [email protected].
9. Changes
We may update this policy; we will announce significant changes on the site or by email.
